Transcripts Requests and Educational Verifications Status
At this time, school operations are currently closed. Any requests for transcripts or educational verifications will be done remotely. Work Permits Available in the Main Office on Mondays from 9:00am - 12:00pm (Noon)
Any student who is under the age of 18 must have a valid working permit. The Working Permit Application is available in the Main Office on Mondays from 9:00am - 12:00pm (Noon). Parent signature and proof of age are required for the application. Forms of proof of age may include, birth certificate, passport, driver's license/permit, etc. Both parent and student needs to bring this documentation to the High School in order to get a working permit. Please enter door #1 of the CMHS Main Office for assistance. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the CMHS at 570-893-4900 ext 4501.
